Quality, personality and great wines. This is Il Rocchin Gavi today, the farm founded by the Zerbo family. The company has always put the territory at the center of its project with the aim of enhancing the history and culture related to the local grapes. It extends over 100 hectares, 44 of which are planted with vines, dedicated to the production of Barbera and Gavi wine. The last one, also called “Cortese di Gavi”, is one of the historically local wines which is named after the city and which shows its best characteristics in these areas also thanks to mixed calcareous clayey soils with thin sandy layers.
