The Unfiltered Collection is a portfolio of wines hand-crafted by the world-renowned Consulting Winemaker, Jean Hoefliger. Raised in Switzerland, and trained in Bordeaux and Napa Valley, Jean brings a unique style to his wines, characterized by long, natural, open-top barrel fermentation. Our portfolio represents high-quality, small production wineries from around the world that provide exceptional value. Each wine in this portfolio has a different expression of a terroir which portrays its raw sense of time and place.
